And this planning has paid off: The August 2007 issue of Money Magazine rated Winter Springs as the 31st best place in the USA to live, and the 2nd best place in all of Florida. Way to go! And so it’s not surprising that a lot of land in the Winter Springs area are being opened up for development – be in quick to invest in the action here.
Lake Mary scored even higher when rated by Money Magazine, being ranked as the best place in Florida to live and the fourth best place in all of the USA. As Lake Mary has a high standard of living and a true sense of community, it’s not hard to see why. Currently, a huge downtown development project is being planned: the construction of the Lake Mary Events Center, which promises to be huge!
